"I don’t know why shipping took so long"
I ordered because I needed the items soon, but I don’t know why the shipping ended up taking forever. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself with no real idea of what was going on. By the time it finally showed up, I had already found another option. it was just really frustrating

I just didn’t feel like it was worth the price. I kept wondering if I was paying more than I should for what I actually got, and I hate that feeling like I might be getting fooled. For me, it was too pricey and not something I’d buy again

I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and the pages felt slow and cluttered (which got annoying fast). It just wasn’t a very smooth experience overall.

I ordered from Medical Monks because the item seemed to be available on their site, or at least that’s how it looked to me. After waiting around for a bit, I ended up being told it wasn’t actually in stock, which was kind of frustrating.
I just wish the stock info was a little more up to date. I needed the product soon and had to go find it somewhere else, so overall it wasn’t the best experience.

"Refund was slow, even though the return did work out"
I ordered a supply item from Medical Monks and ended up having to send it back. The return instructions weren’t very clear, but somehow I still managed to get it done. The frustrating part was the refund — it took way longer than I expected and I barely got any updates unless I reached out. To be fair, they did respond eventually, but I had to email more than once, which got old fast. I wouldn’t say it was a total disaster, but I’m probably not ordering from them again.
